A bill for an ordinance approving a proposed extension to a Master Purchase Order between the City and County of Denver and Faris Machinery Company to add additional funds for OEM ElginTM Street Sweeper parts and components.
(GOVERNMENT & FINANCE) Agreement has been in place since 9/12/2011 as the result of a competitive bid solicitation.Amends the Master Purchase Order with Faris Machinery Company, Inc. for the procurement of OEM Elgin™ Street Sweeper parts and components (0557A0111). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 11-15-12. The Committee approved filing this bill by consent on 9-27-12.
