A bill for an ordinance approving a proposed amendatory agreement between the City and County of Denver and Mile High Montessori Early Learning Centers to extend the term to June 30, 2013, and increase the total amount of compensation. (Health, Safety, Education & Services) Amends the contract with Mile High Montessori Early Learning Centers agreement to add $837,540 for fiscal year period January 1, 2013 through June 30, 2013 to provide Head Start services to 269 children (MOEAI-201205674-01). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 12-17-12. The Committee approved filing this bill by consent on 11-15-12.
