A bill for an Ordinance authorizing and approving an amendment to the Welton Corridor Urban Redevelopment Plan to add the 2560 Welton Street Project and to Create the 2560 Welton Street Tax Increment Area.
(FINANCE & SERVICES) Amends the Welton Corridor Urban Redevelopment Plan for the 2560 Welton Street Project in Council District 9. The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 6-13-16. The Committee approved filing this bill by at its meeting on 5-3-16.
