A bill for an ordinance approving a proposed Contract between the City and County of Denver and Haselden Construction, LLC related to on-call construction services at Denver International Airport.
(BUSINESS, WORKFORCE & SUSTAINABILITY) At the discretion of the Manager, contractor is to provide construction services for task orders that are issued to the contractor. The contractor will either competitively bid for task orders with other contractors or negotiate in good faith with the CCD to perform task orders as requested by the CCD. The last regularly scheduled Council meeting with the 30-day review period is on 2-11-13. The Committee approved filing this bill at its meeting on 1-9-13.
