A bill for an ordinance making a rescission in the Capital Improvement and Capital Maintenance Fund and transfer to the General Fund.
Approves the rescission and transfer of $2 million from the Capital Improvement Fund to the General Fund for reimbursement of expenses related to the acquisition of 5135 Race from the National Western Center Bond proceeds. The Committee approved filing this bill by consent on 11-1-16.
