A bill for an ordinance approving a proposed Third Amendment and Modification Agreement between the City and County of Denver and NEWSED Community Development Corporation, Inc., to modify the terms and conditions of the Loan Agreement.
(GOVERNMENT & FINANCE) Modifies an Office of Economic Development $1 million loan issued in 2001 to Newsed Community Development Corporation for the construction of a property at 901 W. 10th Avenue known as the Villa De Barela. The Committee approved filing this bill at its meeting on 2-29-12.
