(INFRASTRUCTURE & CULTURE) Amends a revenue contract with WM Recycle America L.L.C. to allow a reduction in revenue through October 2016 by tying revenue to the market index for recycling, resulting in an estimated loss of $800,000 in City revenues due to a downturn in global recycling markets (201102838). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 9-??-15. The Committee approved filing this bill at its meeting on 8-12-15.
