The Division of Real Estate has received a request from the University of Denver to convey a 2,985 square foot City owned vacant parcel located at 2149 East Wesley Avenue in Denver's University Neighborhood. The parcel, zoned CMP-EI, is located within the University of Denver campus between East Iliff and Wesley Avenues.
