5-year lease of approx. 1,650 square feet at DPAC Galleria. Tenant is UCD Next Stage Collaborative, which showcases student projects with technology & media. $1/year rent for student based performing arts use that would activate DPAC. Arts and Venues (A&V) currently has a limited Booking Agreement with UCD for this use. Given the success of the program, A&V would like to continue the partnership with a longer-term lease.
