A resolution approving a proposed Amendatory Agreement between the City and County of Denver and Liquidity Services, LLC d/b/a GovDeals to extend the term to provide access to an online auction software platform and a customer base to auction various surplus property.
Amends a contract with Liquidity Services Operations, LLC doing business as GovDeals by adding five years for a new end date of 7-31-25 and amending the scope of work by adding additional required contract language to a revenue agreement for an online auction software platform and a customer base for use by the City to auction various surplus property (GENRL-201523038-01; GENRL-202054366-01). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 6-29-20. The Committee approved filing this item at its meeting on 5-26-20.
