Amends the agreement with Trugoy (TCBY Yogurt) to waive additional rent equal to 150% of monthly rent to allow concessionaire to continue providing service on a month-to-month basis beyond expiration of the current term at 100% of rental rate while the next agreement is negotiated (AC36003(6)).
