A bill for an ordinance approving a proposed Loan Agreement between the City and County of Denver and Chestnut & 18th, L.P., to ensure the development of affordable housing near the Denver Union Station project.
(HEALTH SAFETY EDUCATION AND SERVICES) Approves a loan request of $2,500,000 from the General Fund Contingency to 18th & Chestnut, L.P., a Georgia limited partnership, to facilitate the creation of 68 units of affordable housing in Council District 9. The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 11-25-13. The Committee approved filing this bill at its meeting on 10-29-13.
