Amends an existing $3,079,153.00 contract with Neighborhood Development Collaborative, Inc. (NDCI) for federally funded services to acquire, rehabilitate and resell foreclosed, vacant, or abandoned properties and related activities under the Neighborhood Stabilization Program to assure compliance with federal requirements of Title IV of the Personal Responsibility and Work Opportunity Reconciliation Act of 1996 (Welfare Reform Act) and revise the date to return program revenue.
