The Community Corrections SRF (Fund No. 12302) has a cash balance from unused State contract dollars from the FY15-16 contract year to the FY17-18 contract year totaling $110,652. As part of the 2020 budget process, the Executive Director of Safety requested to transfer the balance to the General Fund to support 2020 budget capacity. Cash balances arise in the Community Corrections SRF from unspent dollars allocated for administration of the program, and the State does not require the City to refund unspent dollar...
