A bill for an ordinance approving a proposed Standard Food and Beverage Concession Space Agreement between the City and County of Denver and Quiz-DIA, LLC concerning a concession at Denver International Airport.
(BUSINESS, WORKFORCE & SUSTAINABILITY) Approves a new airport concession agreement for 7 years with Quiz-DIA, with an annual maximum guarantee of $718,442.00 or a 15% percentage of compensation for food and 18% for alcohol, whichever is greater (PLANE-201311283). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 12-2-13. The Committee approved filing this bill at its meeting on 10-30-13.
