A bill for an ordinance concerning the Airport Facilities of the City and County of Denver; authorizing certain amendments to the Series 1992G Airport System Supplemental Bond Ordinance, Ordinance No. 644, Series of 1992, as amended; ratifying action previously taken; providing for other related matters; and providing the effective date of the ordinance. (BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT) Amends the Series 1992G Airport System Supplemental Bond Ordinances, No. 644 for the purposes of extending the bond maturity of the Series 1992G bonds, deferring principal on the 1992G bonds, and grants the Manager of Finance the authority to enter into a renewal/replacement structure for the 1992G bonds. The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 11-3-14. The Committee approved filing this bill by consent on 10-2-14.
