Approves the Fourth Amendatory Agreement to Supplemental Agreement No. VII with the Winter Park Recreation Association (WPRA) to provide for the long term fiscal sustainability of WPRA by allocating a limited portion of a new incentive revenue payment from Intrawest to the City. (LAND USE, TRANSPORTATION & INFRASTRUCTURE) Approves the Fourth Amendatory Agreement to Supplemental Agreement No. VII with the Winter Park Recreation Association (WPRA) to provide for the long term fiscal sustainability of WPRA by allocating a limited portion of a new incentive revenue payment from Intrawest to the City. The last reguarly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 2-3-14. The Committee approved filing this bill by consent on 1-2-14.
