(FINANCE & SERVICES) Sets a public hearing on the Service Plans for the formation and establishment of three (3) Title 32 districts: 9th Avenue Metropolitan District No. 1 (the Coordinating District); 9th Avenue Metropolitan District No. 2 and 9th Avenue Metropolitan District No. 3 (the Financing Districts located in Council Districts 5 and 10. The Committee approved filing this resolution by consent on 10-23-14.
