A bill for an ordinance approving a proposed Donation and Waiver Agreement between the City and County of Denver and Christopher M. Lavery, providing for the donation of a work of art consisting of a steel and plastic sculpture and related components. (BUSINESS, WORKFORCE & SUSTAINABILITY) Accepts a donation to the City of Denver of artwork titled “Cloudscape” from artist Christopher Lavery to be installed at The Children’s Museum of Denver (MOACF- 201414781). The last reguarly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 7-14-14. The Committee approved filing this bill by consent on 6-12-14.
