A letter dated April 16, 2012, from Cary Kennedy, Manager of Finance, notifying of the Department of Finance’s intent to enter into a Lease Purchase Agreement with the Denver Properties Leasing Trust 2012C and sell into the Trust City owned facilities. Approval of the Lease will also allow the Trustee on behalf of the Leasing Trust to execute and deliver $45,000,000 of Certificates of Participation, Series 2012C1-C3. (GOVERNMENT & FINANCE)
