A bill for an ordinance approving a proposed Amendatory Agreement between the City and County of Denver and Active Network, LLC, amending the scope of work of the point of sale system for Denver Parks and Recreation.
(FINANCE & SERVICES) Amends a contract with The Active Network, Inc. by adjusting the payment schedule and associated contract milestones with no other changes in costs or contract scope (TECHS-20131403). The last reguarly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 10-27-14. The Committee approved filing this bill by consent on 7-10-14.
