(FINANCE & SERVICES) Approves a five-year lease agreement (through 09-30-18) with Denver Urban Gardens for three community gardens at 201 Grant, 1350 East Florida, and 2200 Emerson streets for $1 per year (FINAN-201313505-00). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 1-5-14. The Committee approved filing this bill by consent on 11-28-14.
