Request for a Resolution granting a revocable permit, subject to certain terms and conditions, to Broadway Mississippi LLC, their successors and assigns, to encroach into the right-of-way with three (3) 8 inch horizontal directional bores conduits, and one (1) 6 inch horizontal directional bore conduit near Kentucky Ave and S Broadway, a MEP for three (3) 8 inch horizontal directional bores conduits, and one (1) 6 inch horizontal directional bore conduit, near Kentucky Ave and S Broadway.
