(BUSINESS WORKFORCE AND SUSTAINABILITY) Approves a lease with SolarCity Corporation to provide access for construction, operation, and maintenance of a solar photovoltaic system at no cost to the City as part of the public art project at the Wellington E. Webb Municipal Office Building. The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 6-6-11. The Committee approved filing this bill at its meeting on 3-2-11.
