A bill for an ordinance authorizing a 2014 City/Authority Services Agreement between the City and County of Denver and Denver Urban Renewal Authority relating to the Stapleton Urban Redevelopment Area.
(FINANCE & SERVICES) Approves a Services Agreement with the Denver Urban Renewal Authority (DURA) to authorize the pledge of funds in the City Retained Tax Fund to be used to cover DURA’s obligations under the Loan Agreement in the event that tax increment revenues at Stapleton are insufficient. The Committee approved filing this bill at its meeting on 11-4-14.
