Approves an amendment to Section 4.03 HOLDING OVER of the agreement with Ciara Dawn, LLC doing business as the Steak Escape (B) to allow the airport to waive additional rent equal to 150% of monthly rent, and to allow the concessionaire, upon expiration of its term, to continue providing services to the public at 100% of rental rate until a request for proposal is issued (AC 38046 - 06).
