A bill for an Ordinance approving a proposed Third Amendatory Agreement between the City and County of Denver and Aramark Sports and Entertainment Services, LLC.
(BUSINESS, WORKFORCE & SUSTAINABILITY) Adds $3,000,000 to the contract with Aramark Facility Services (AFS) for housekeeping services at Red Rocks Amphitheatre, the Denver Coliseum, and Boettcher Concert Hall through the end of the contract term which is October 31, 2012 when a new bid for the service will be sought. The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day period is on 3-12-12. The Committee approved filing this bill by consent on 2-9-12.
