A resolution approving an Easement Exchange Agreement with Metro Wastewater Reclamation District for Lakewood Dry Gulch Park.
(INFRASTRUCTURE & CULTURE) Approves an easement in Lakewood Gulch Park for the existing Metro Waste Water Sewer Line(s) relocated as a result of the RTD West Corridor Light Rail Line Project in Council Districts 1 and 3. The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 11-2-15. The Committee approved filing this resolution by consent on 10-1-15.
