A bill for an ordinance approving a proposed Amendatory Agreement between the City and County of Denver and Turner Construction Company for on-call as-needed construction services.
(INFRASTRUCTURE & CULTURE) Adds $950,000 to the contract with Turner Construction Company for a total contract of $1.35 million to complete critical repairs to the Denver Performing Arts Center Garage (201208978-01). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 8-3-15. The Committee approved filing this bill by consent on 7-2-15.
