A resolution authorizing and approving the expenditure and payment from the appropriation account designated “liability claims,” the sum of Seventeen Thousand Dollars ($17, 000.00), payable to JUNE SMITH AND VIORST LAW OFFICES, P.C., in full payment and satisfaction of all claims by June Smith in Case No. 12-CV-4083. (HEALTH, SAFETY, EDUCATION & SERVICES) This resolution settles a claim involving the Denver Police Department. This resolution was approved for filing at the Mayor Council meeting on 3-5-13.
