A bill for an ordinance making a supplemental appropriation from the General Contingency Fund to the Unemployment Compensation Insurance budget.
(GOVERNMENT & FINANCE) Approves a supplemental budget request of $500,000 from the General Fund Contingency for 3rd and 4th Quarter Unemployment Insurance payments. There is currently a balance of $22,695.61 in the Unemployment Compensation Insurance budget. The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 1-3-12. The Committee approved filing this bill by consent on 12-1-11.
