Authorizes a revenue agreement between the City and County of Denver and Asphalt Specialties Company Inc. (ASCI) to conduct asphalt recycling operations at the Denver Arapahoe Disposal Site (DADS) beginning October 1, 2011 with the option of renewing four additional years. Estimated revenue is $50,000.
