Revokes the revocable permit granted by Ordinance # 278, Series of 1989, and Ordinance # 798, Series of 1989, to the Department of the Army Corps of Engineers to encroach into the public right-of-way with a 16-inch water line and meters at Montview Blvd. and Yosemite St. in Council District 11. (LAND USE, TRANSPORTATION & INFRASTRUCTURE) Revokes rhe revocable permit granted by Ordinance # 278, Series of 1989, and Ordinance # 798, Series of 1989, to the Department of the Army Corps of Engineers to encroach into the public right-of-way with a 16-inch water line and meters at Montview Blvd. and Yosemite St. in Council District 11. The Committee approved filing this bill by consent on 5-23-13.
