Request for execution of a Eleventh Amendment to a Lease Agreement between US Government General Services Administration and the City and County of Denver. This Amendment is to add 2166 sq. ft. of space in Concourse A to GSA’s lease. This space is for a command center to be operated by the TSA. The additional rent to be paid to the City will be $181,000 annually.
