(FINANCE & SERVICES) Amends Ordinance 705, Series 2007 by renaming a fund the “Environmental Seed Capital Fund” and expanding its purpose. The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 12-22-14. The Committee approved filing this bill by consent on 11-20-14.
