A resolution approving a proposed Amendatory Agreement between the City and County of Denver and CMC Qalicb, LLC for a community media center at 2101 Arapahoe Street, Unit 1 in the Ball Park District.
Amends the Premises Lease Agreement with CMC Qalicb, LLC, to add $25,000.00 for a total of $365,001.00 and adding five months for a new end date of 5-31-2026 and to extend the date on which the Put Price or Call Price as applicable shall be paid by the City to 1-01-2026 for a community media center at 2101 Arapahoe Street, Unit 1 in the Ball Park District, in Council District 9 (TECHS-201844521/FINAN-202582152-01). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 1-5-2026. The Committee approved filing this item at its meeting on 11-25-2025.
