Approves the Solar Gardens Subscription Agreement, a 20-year energy procurement agreement with Denver Solar IV LLC (201207696) for 40% of the output of a 2 Megawatt DC solar photovoltaic system located on DIA property. The Solar Gardens Subscription Agreement is a 20-year energy procurement agreement for 40% of the output of a 2 Megawatt DC solar photovoltaic system that will be located on DIA property. Over the life of this agreement it is expected that the Airport will save more than $600,000 as a result of the difference between energy costs paid through this agreement and SRC payments made by XCEL to the Airport.
