A bill for an ordinance making rescissions in the Winter Park Parks and Recreation Capital Fund, the Capital Improvements and Capital Maintenance Fund and the State Conservation Trust (Lottery) Fund to close out capital projects, as noted in the 2011 Capital Budget. (GOVERNMENT AFFAIRS & FINANCE) Rescinds $1,565,611.11 in completed CIP project budgets as part of the Mayor’s budget approved by City Council. This is a companion bill to Council Bill 10-0917, Series of 2010 (the Long Bill).
