A bill for an ordinance approving a proposed Purchase and Sale Agreement between the City and County of Denver and The Globeville Community Center, to sell the property located at 4401 Sherman Street and 4400 Lincoln Street.
(GOVERNMENT & FINANCE) Approves the sale for $10 of Globeville Community Center and associated parking lot located at 4400 North Lincoln and 4400 North Sherman, respectively, to Globeville Community Center, Inc., a Colorado non-profit corporation to provide community based social services in Council District 9. The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 5-20-13. The Committee approved filing this bill by consent on 4-25-13.
