Amends a contract with Versaterm, Inc. to add three years through 12-31-17, and $1,663,752, for a new contract total of $4,342,956, to provide maintenance and support to the Records Management System used by Police, City Attorney, District Attorney, Sheriff Department, and County Courts (CE83108).
