Approve the first amendment to the Intergovernmental Agreement for the North Denver Metro ITS Improvement Program (RC91006-1). (PUBLIC WORKS) Approves receipt and expenditure of an additional $200,000 in federal funds, for a new total of $729,000, for the implementation of two Dynamic Message Signs as part of the North Denver Metro ITS Improvement project, including field devises and communication infrastructure to improve data collection and dissemination of traveler information to assist in managing recurring traffic problems.
