(GOVERNMENT & FINANCE) Submits a proposed Charter amendment to the voters at the November 1, 2011 special municipal election to allow the Auditor to designate duties to a deputy. The bill must pass no later than August 29, 2011 in order to meet the deadlines for the November ballot. The Committee approved filing this bill at its meeting on 8-17-11.
