A resolution approving a proposed Second Amendatory Agreement between the City and County of Denver and Kainos Worksmart, Inc. for the continued provision of its Smart Test Gold Subscription Service, which supports test automation for the City’s implementation and use of Workday.
Amends a contract with Kainos Worksmart, Inc., to add $682,290.00 for a new total of $1,982,090.00 and add three years for a new end date of 7-31-2028 for Smart Test Gold Subscription Service which provides the City with Software as a Service (Saas) test automation related to the City’s growing use of Workday, citywide (TECHS-201948348-02/TECHS-202580127-02). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 8-11-2025. The Committee approved filing this item at its meeting on 7-8-2025.
