Amends an intergovernmental agreement with the City of Lakewood and the Denver Urban Renewal Authority by extending the agreement for another year for a new end date 3-30-17 to allow more time to expend the remaining grant funds from the $900,000 USEPA brownfields assessment grant award in 2012, incorporate the four year project performance period under the EPA Cooperative Agreement, and provide a six month project close out period (ENVHL-201206822).
