A bill for an ordinance approving a proposed Amendatory Agreement between the City and County of Denver and PropertyInfo Corporation, to revise the scope of work.
(GOVERNMENT AND FINANCE) Approves a no-cost amendment to the contract with PropertyInfo Corporation to increase efficiencies by allowing internal city departments to electronically record documents with the Clerk and Recorder’s office free of charge and to cap the fees contractor can charge its customers for submitting electronic docs for recording through 2016, at which time the fee will be renegotiated; the contract term remains Sept.30, 2018 (CLERK-201309360-01). The Committee approved filing this bill by consent on 12-26-13.
