Authorizes the City and County of Denver Fire Department to accept a grant of $1,399,877 from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) for personal protective equipment (fire bunking gear) for a contract period through December 22, 2012.
