(BUSINESS, WORKFORCE, AND SUSTAINABILITY) Approves a $600,000 contract with Denver Urban Renewal Authority to provide low or no interest rehabilitation loans to iincome-qualified homeowners using federal HOME funding. The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 11-21--19-11. The Committee approved filing this bill by consent on 8-25-11.
