Extends the contract with Linebarger Goggan Blair & Sampson, LLP for professional legal and collection services for parking violation debts for an additional 18 months, making the total term from December 1, 2007 to May 31, 2015; adds $540,000 for a new total of $3,460,000; and adds photo enforcement debts to the contractor's responsibilities (CE74041).
