The proposed improvements would include an application of a roadway reconfiguration strategy, removing one through lane in each direction, generally maintaining the existing TWLTL and auxiliary turn lanes at intersections. The additional pavement width could be used for parking, bus pull-outs, or future
bike-lane connectivity (to be determined).
