A bill for an ordinance approving a proposed Seventh Amendatory Agreement between the City and County of Denver and Sable Ridge Development, LLC, to modify the terms and conditions of the Loan Agreement.
(BUSINESS, WORKFORCE & SUSTAINABILITY) Modifies an existing loan used to acquire 12 acres of land located at 40th and Chambers to allow the loan repayment over the next four years through a proposed new affordable housing development. The Committee approved filing this bill at its meeting on 8-8-12.
